Harvests took place from the end of September through the second week of October, starting with the Merlot, then Sangiovese and finally Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes were hand-harvested from several locations in Florence located over 1,000 feet above sea level.
Maceration period lasted six to eight days. Alcoholic fermentation carried out in temperature controlled stainless steel, with pumping over and punching down four times a day, in order to extract all of the grapes’ finest qualities.
The wine is aged in barriques for 15-18 months and six months in bottle.Tasting Notes

Pairs well with steak, pasta dishes, Château Briand, or on its own with a bit of cheese.
