Grapes are hand-harvested in late March. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After the maceration period, 40% of the wine is aged for six months in French oak barrels.TASTING NOTES
Deep straw gold color with sweet aromas of ripe pineapple, apricots, and nuances of vanilla and toast. Richly structured, this elegant Chardonnay has well balanced flavors of pineapple, peaches, and pears, concluding in a creamy vanilla finish.
