Grapes are hand-harvested between March 23th and 30th, 2016. Half of the grapes were macerated 12 hours at 46°–50°F. Fermentation takes place between 54°–57°F. 100% of the wine is aged sur lie in stainless steel tanks.TASTING NOTES
Pale straw yellow with green notes. On the nose you can feel pink grapefruit, touches of lemon peel and straw notes. On the palate is juicy and crispy. Fresh peach touches combined with intense citric notes and mineral flavors, with a vibrant acidity that makes the wine linger on the finish. Great as an appetizer and with foods such as fresh oysters, seafood, and salad with fresh goat cheese.
