Grapes grow on clay and limestone soils of the Saint Hilaire Vineyard. The grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel vats for a period of 7–10 days at a temperature of 59–61°F.TASTING NOTES
Tropical aromas of pineapple and quince with secondary aromas of vanilla and toasted bread. A rich and soft wine with flavors of apricot, honey and pineapple. Excellent with roasted poultry, salads, grilled vegetables and seafood dishes.
